Designed for clients with MassHealth insurance. MassHealth provides benefits for support during labor and delivery, and up to eight (8) hours of visits during pregnancy and the 12 months after pregnancy.
Benefits are provided for members inclusive of all pregnancy outcomes, and for MassHealth members who are the adoptive parent of an infant in the period in which the adopted infant is younger than one year of age.

Comprehensive support during your pregnancy and childbirth.
Two virtual or in-person prenatal sessions
Email, text, phone, and video support from date of hire
On call 24/7 for labor support
In-person labor support for vaginal birth and scheduled cesarean section birth
One virtual or in-person postpartum session within two weeks of delivery
Fee: $2000

On-call support is helpful when something doesn’t quite go as planned or if continued support is needed.
If you need last-minute support with labor coping, advocacy, resting or breastfeeding after delivery, and/or continued emotional support, please call between 8am and 8pm.
Availability is not guaranteed; but we will make every effort to support you.
Labor Support:
$100/hr with a minimum of four hours.
After-hours (6pm – 8am) surcharge of $25/hr.
MassHealth member benefits are subject to coverage.
Postpartum Support:
Two hours of in-hospital support for $200
Four hours of in-hospital care for $400
After hours (6pm – 8am) surcharge of $25/hr.

Personalized support that meets you where you are — offering trusted information, thoughtful referrals, newborn care and feeding support, and education.
We’ll also guide you through what to expect in the early days and help you navigate common newborn concerns as your baby adjusts to life outside the womb.
Fee:
$55 per hour with a four hour minimum for in-person visit (8am - 6pm)
$55 per hour per one-to-two hour virtual visit
MassHealth member benefits are subject to coverage.
*Additional fee for mileage if over 30 miles round trip.

Sleep is a closely connected to physical and mental well-being. Having overnight doula support can be very helpful during the recovery period and in the weeks/months after birth.
